Leather Bracelet Tutorial by TheNailBoy Leather Bracelet Tutorial by TheNailBoy
This is a basic tutorial I put together as I made a custom bracelet for Case-Chan. It doesn't go really in-depth, but it does provide a basic outline of how to carve and color leather. Anyone who wants more info can contact me or find out more at [link] . I hope it inspires some of you to try your hand at leather. It really is a wonderful and enjoyable medium and the possibilities are endless.

I am considering putting together leather craft kits for sale. It would include the tools, hardware, instructions and leather (pre-cut into the right shape for bracelet or choker or wallet or whatever) as well as a bitchin' pattern or two that could be used. I'm trying to figure out if there is even any interest in this kind of thing or now. If you would be interested in such kits let me know so I can figure out if it's something I should do.

Sorry this is a couple of months late. Go to [link] and look at the different kits and such they have, especially the ones for beginning leather workers. If you need any tips, give me a ring, I promise to get back to you sooner.

It can be, but you can easily get into it for under $100. visit the tandy leather company at [link] for beginner's kits, tools and everything else leather. They also give classes/workshops at all of their stores. Perhaps there is one near you.

I was just looking at a leather kit at the craft store... Just to help you find a price maybe... It came with a instruction booklet, and about 6 basic tools. No mallet, or patterns, or leather. $30.
I was tempted, but didn't have the money.

Thanks for making this. I've kinda been wanting to try some leather working for a while, but I didn't have any idea where to start.

However. This was at a Hobby Lobby, and they're ungodly pricey!

Try tandy leather or leather factory. You can find them online. They are very reasonable and have classes, too!
