Sterling Skull Heart Pin

This is a pin made of sterling silver. It has two tacks on the back that push through cloth with fasteners on the other side. This is one of my rougher, unpolished ones. The polished ones have the high sheen and mirroring that makes sterling silver such a beautiful metal.
